Sabkhat Al Fasl - Bird Records by Sander Willems

Sander Willems visited Sabkhat Al Fasl last Friday, from 06:00 - 16:00 hrs, walking from the golf course to the water treatment plant, and stayed in that area from 10:00 - 15:00 hrs waiting for the temperature to come down a bit. The harriers, eagles and a falcon put up a great show during the hottest hours. It was a beautiful day. This is a list of what was seen:

- 500 Greater Flamingo in the far NE pond. 30 in the pond just north of the water treatment facility.
