Rufous-tailed Scrub Robin is a regular passage migrant in spring from early April until early May with a number of birds staying on to presumably breed. Birds have been seen regularly in June and July with all the latest sightings in the scrub around the percolation pond where they are possibly breeding. There are at least two different birds (pairs?) in the area always seen in the same different corners of scrub where they are living up to their names of Scrub Robins.
